All CDL-related transactions must be completed in person at a Texas Driver License Office. You cannot take any related actions online or by mail.
If you license has been suspended, revoked or canceled by the State of Texas or any other state, you will not qualify for a CDL license. You will first need to rectify that issue before proceeding.
